• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Clinical consultation notes, vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, glucose), drug allergies, and past medical history.
• Electronic Prescriptions (Rx): Prescribed drug names, dosage forms, frequencies, durations, and instructions.
• Diagnostics & Laboratory Data: Ordered laboratory tests, imaging requests, radiology files, and attached medical reports.

يتمتع كل مريض وعيادة بالحقوق الأساسية التالية المعترف بها دولياً ومحلياً:

• حق الاطلاع والوصول: الحصول على نسخة كاملة من السجل الطبي الإلكتروني والوصفات السابقة.
